THE Geek Meet is back and bigger than ever, returning to Minehead for its third community celebration of all things geeky on the August Bank Holiday weekend.

The all-day event in Minehead Rugby Club is on Sunday, August 24, and is for ‘fans of every fandom to come together and immerse themselves in a vibrant, welcoming world of gaming, fantasy, and fun’.

A spokesperson said: “Whether you are a retro gamer, a VR adventurer, a card game strategist, or just love browsing for geeky merch, The Geek Meet has something for everybody’.

“Meet like-minded people, and enjoy a fantastic day out.”

The event runs from 11 am to 8 pm with tickets at £5 on the door, free for under-threes, and tournament sign-ups available on the day.
