A FRENCH-themed evening will be held by Minehead Twinning Association on Friday, July 17, at Carhampton Recreation Centre, to include a three-course meal, music, raffle, and a table quiz.
The association has been twinned with Saint Berthevin, in north-west France, since 1991, and members make regular exchange visits.
The twinning also involves cultural, social, and sporting links between the towns.
The association’s regular French-themed evenings involve an exchange of cultures.
The July 17 menu will feature classic French cuisine, including coq au vin, mushroom pithivier, a cheese course, and a choice of traditional French deserts.
Guests should take their own drinks.
