Minehead Community Hospital attended a careers fair at Minehead Middle School to give students the chance to talk to staff about opportunities and careers in the NHS. A presentation board was prepared by the hospital’s business admin apprentice Natalie Woodward, giving facts and job roles involved not only at Minehead Hospital but also the NHS generally. The event was attended by more than 150 children, increasing their awareness of the variety of different roles available, both clinical and non-clinical. Pictured are the hospital’s admin lead Jayne Cornish (left) and ward junior sister Penny Earl with Natalie’s display.
