I have been reading your reports and letters on mud and silt build up around Watchet.

I have noticed that dredgers having dredged further up the Bristol Channel - Portbury and other ports – and they come down and dump off Blue Anchor, and all this then get brought ashore on the tides.

Surely if they went further down into open water past Minehead and Porlock, the problems wouldn’t be as bad as they are.
