A charity auction was also held from the evening held at Somerset County Cricket Club.
Kate Webb, from Cranmers Optometrists, said: “Having no sight, even for a short period of time, had a profound effect on how we all communicated with each other and brought home the extreme difficulties people face in every day tasks.”
