Combined choirs charity CD

WEST Somerset Community Choirs have released their first combined CD in aid of four local charities. 

The CD, called Shout! features seven choirs and solo artists as well as professional artists performing 40 songs in a double CD box set together with a free bonus DVD and costs £5. 

Profits go to four charities – the RNLI, Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance, Selworthy Special School in Taunton and Parkinson’s UK - and the CD will be available locally until Christmas.

Choirs include Carhampton Singing Circle, Minehead’s Singing for the Brain, Sing4Fun, Minehead Street Choir and the Upton Soul Choir. 

From Wiveliscombe there is ‘We Rise Singing’ and Minehead RNLI’s The DZ Buoys sing a set of sea shanties.
