SIR — Would it be possible to put out an 'all points call' for any local closet mycologists (that's fungus experts to you and me), please?

If there's anyone out there who can tell their Sarcoscypha austriaca from their Peziza ampelina, can happily elucidate on the finer points of Sistotrema brinkmanii or who positively relishes being ambushed by a troop of Boletus edulis, I'd love to hear from you on 01643 707410.
