SIR — I wonder if any of your readers can help the Parochial Church Council of St Mary's Church in Brompton Regis. We are seeking to find out how a set of handbells in the church was acquired and when. Our records fail to reveal anything of their history although we do know they have been rung in the past along with ringers from Winsford.
