Donna and Paul Stevens, the Watchet couple who started Elliot’s Touch in memory of their 13-month-old son, presented the monitors to the ward where Elliot was treated for a short time.
“They had no monitors in the children’s ward and had to borrow one when we were there with Elliot," said Donna.
