TWO books illustrated by West Somerset youngsters have been published and will raise funds for the Children’s Hospice South West

Maybe Magic and Maybe More Magic were written by Minehead-based Meridan I Wethers and illustrated by pupils of St Dubricius First School, Porlock, and St Michaels First School, Minehead.

The books tell the story of Ben, a quilt, a cat – and maybe magic!

With the extraordinary cat Mr Tibbs, Ben travels back in time around the world as well as having adventures at home with his friends.

The books, aimed at children aged six to 12, are for sale for £5 at Under The Rainbow in Friday Street, Minehead. All profits from the sale of the books will go to the children’s hospice.
