SIR — The Beach Hotel in Minehead has gladly given our group, Bosom Buddies, a quiet relaxing corner in which to have our meetings along with their delicious cake!

We would, as a group, like to expand by offering this ‘coffee and cake’ morning to others with breast cancer, not forgetting male patients too.

We are a small and friendly group which was started up three years ago by a lovely lady called Louise Doolan, formerly from Bucks Fizz.

In her memory, we are determined to get together and keep the club going ever month to help and support people with breast cancer.

We know that sometimes it is good just to talk to someone who has been in a similar position, living with and beyond breast cancer.

We are a jolly group and often find things to laugh about, so if you, or someone you know, are coping with breast cancer, come and join us – you can get more information from me on 01643 841285.
