SIR — May I say how wonderful the Watchet community spirit is, particularly after another extremely successful festival weekend, organised by Watchet Live, a super bunch of enthusiastic, generous people who spend many hours of their free time putting together a programme of entertainment for local people and visitors alike.

It was great to see so many people attend this event, all different ages, cultures, etc, and wonderful to see the town so busy.

It seems every year the festival becomes more and more popular. You certainly all deserve a massive patt on the back, well done and here's to next year.
