AUCTIONEERS Greenslade Taylor Hunt will be hosting the first in a series of antique valuation mornings in Minehead on Wednesday (January 9).

Experts from The Octagon Salerooms, East Reach, Taunton, will be visiting the offices of GTH with Chanin & Thomas in The Parade, Minehead, between 10am and midday.

It is an opportunity for people to receive free verbal valuations and advice on antiques and collectables from expert valuers without the need to travel to Taunton where weekly free valuation mornings are held each Monday at The Octagon Salerooms, East Reach, Taunton.

People may take ceramics, glassware, books, toys, collectables, paintings, oriental works of art, clocks, furniture and 20th century design items to the monthly Minehead events.

And the sessions will also provide the chance to consign items to the regular antique, collectors’ and sporting sales.

Other valuation dates at Minehead have been set for February 13, March 13 and April 10.
