There will be a number of road closures across West Somerset this month. See the full details in this week's West Somerset Free Press. 

Below are the latest closures declared by Somerset County Council:

Holloway Street in the parish of Minehead will be closed this month. The closure will begin from the junction with Market House Lane northwards for 221 metres. The closure comes into force on February 21 and last until February 24.

St Michaels Road in the parish of Minehead will be closed next month. The closure will begin from the junction with Church Road eastwards for 26 metres. The closure will begin on March 3 and last until March 10. Works will be carried out between the hours of 8 am and 11pm.

The Torre to White Horse pub route in the parishes of Old Cleve and Nettlecombe will be closed this month. The closure will begin from the junction with Torre to Beggarn Huish north-westwards for 325 metres. Works will begin on February 21 at 9 am and are set to be completed by 5 pm.

The Combe Sydenham to Elworthy and Elworthy to Elworthy Cross route in the parish of Elworthy is set to be closed this month. The closure will begin from the junction with Elworthy Lane northwards for 736 metres. The Elworthy to Elworthy Cross closure will begin from the junction with ELworthy Lane south-eastwards for 336 metres. Works will begin on March 9 and are set to conclude by March 22 with works taking place between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm.

The Avenue in the parish of West Quantoxhead will be closed next month. The closure will begin from the junction with Broken Edge and end at the junction with Staple Lane, a total distance of 84 metres. Works will begin on March 6 and are expected to be completed on March 8.

Irnham Road in the parish of Minehead will be closed next month. The closure will begin from the junction with Tregonwell Road westwards for 80 metres. Works will begin on March 6 and are expected to conclude by March 10.
