Community support as heads cycle to all eight Moorland Federation schools in a day“I just wanted to do something to help, so I spoke to Katie and she was happy for me to do this and I arranged to have all my hair shaved off.
“I did it for Katie, and am overwhelmed with the support,” said Jenny, who timed the hair shave to coincide with the end of her friend’s chemotherapy treatment and before her operation.
The money raised will go to Cancer Research UK and Macmillan Cancer Support charities because "they do so much to support people affected by cancer”.
