THE suspected Tarr Steps toilets vandal whose face was captured on CCTV has been identified and given a fixed penalty notice.
The picture of the 70-year-old was posted on the Free Press website following an appeal by the police.
Damage to lavatories, by putting foam in the U-bends, had been going on for nine years, police said.
