TWO people were rescued yesterday afternoon (December 21) after they became stuck in mud at Blue Anchor.
The coastguard called on the fire service for assistance and two fire engines from Minehead went to the scene at 1.45pm.
The rescue was carried out within ten minutes. The fire crew returned to base and duty of care was left with the coastguards.
