A SECOND fire engine was called out when a crew from Porlock found it needed assistance with a chimney fire in Redway at 1.30pm today (Monday, March 6).The Minehead crew helped extinguish the fire, which emanated from a woodburner. They tackled it from the hearth and the roof using safety at height equipment, a triple extension ladder, a roof ladder, chimney gear, one hose reel jet and a thermal image camera.
