THREE fire engines were called to Withy Cross, Withypool, at 10.20am yesterday (Wednesday) but the fire – in a grill pan – was out when the first crew arrived from South Molton.

Crews were turned back from Bampton and Porlock while the South Molton team checked the property, finding the cause of the fire had been accidental.
