A ROAD accident at Flaxpool Hill, Crowcombe, last night (Thursday) left one person trapped in a vehicle and two walking wounded.

Two vehicles were involved in the collision, which was attended by fire crews from Williton and Taunton. Hydraulic equipment was used to cut open the roof of the vehicle in which a casualty was trapped.

Police were also at the scene of the accident, which happened at 10.40pm.
