THREE fire engines went a thatched property in Lane Head, Porlock, on Tuesday evening (April 4) to tackle a fire in the chimney flue.
One fire crew was from Porlock and two from Minehead. Having extinguished the fire, a blanket of compressed air foam was used to protect the thatch.
