A CHALET on Dunster Beach was destroyed in a fire fanned by wind yesterday afternoon (Thursday).

Santas here, there, and everywhere for annual festival in PorlockFire engines were sent from Dunster and Porlock, and Western Power was called to the scene where there were live cables.
The fire was extinguished by crew members wearing breathing apparatus and using a compressed air foam jet and a hose reel jet. A thermal image camera was used to check for hotspots.
