WHITE Horse stayed in home pastures in Division One of the West Somerset Table Tennis League when Plan B visited.

The whole match hinged on the last doubles game which was poised at two sets apiece.

Plan B came up on the rails to pip their rivals at the post to win the final set on the Nod, giving Plan B 7 doubles sets in total and a final winning score of 23 points.

In Division Two, Waterrow hosted the second match of their campaign at the Lawns against Minehead based Wanderers.

Eamon Farrelly put in a strong performance for the home team as his maximum earned him the player of the match award.

Singles sets were hard to come by for the rest of the evening with Russell Foote scoring the remaining two.

With the doubles tied at seven sets each, Wanderers ended the evening the victors with 27 points.
