WATCHET Town kept up the pressure at the top of Division One in the Uhlsport Somerset County League with a 3-1 home win over Burnham United yesterday (Sat).

It enabled them to stay within four points of leaders Staplegrove - and they also have a game in hand.

Alfie Cox, Billy Jones and Brandon Walsh netted the goals for Watchet who have lost only four of their 20 matches this season.

Minehead slipped to 11th in the table after losing 3-0 away to second-placed Saltford who are only two points behind Watchet, both sides having played the same number of games.
