WATCHET Town's management set-up for the coming season sees experienced striker Aaron Deeks stepping up alongside long-serving Matt Heywood and Nick Sully as the first team begin their campaign in Division One of the Somerset County League. 

They replace Avril Cooke who stepped down as manager at the end of the season, parting company by ‘mutual consent’ following relegation from the premier division.It ended a 15-year association for Watchet in the top division of the county league.

Cooke, who was the only female manager in the county league, joined Watchet at the beginning of the past season, having previously been in charge at Minehead.

 Kris Stevens continues as Reserve team manager at W`tchet assisted by Paul Landon, and senior club players will also be involved in running training sessions on Tuesdays and Thursdays, beginning on June 27 at the Memorial Ground.
