MINEHEAD have arranged a football friendly against Wellington at Irnham Road this coming Wednesday (7.45 p.m.).

The Seasiders play in the first division of the Uhlsport Somerset County League while Wellington are members of the Premier Division in the Toolstation League.

Wellington asked Minehead for a game after their warm-up match at Bishops Sutton yesterday (Sat) was called off because of the bad weather.

Some of the Wellington players will be familiar to Minehead defender Stef Phillips who has rejoined the seasiders after a spell at Wellington.
