PARISH councillors in Wootton Courtenay will next week discuss planting trees on the village playing field.

The idea came from Sustainable Wootton Courtenay, which is consulting councillors and villagers on their views.

Council clerk Roz Griffin said it would be the first item on the agenda for the meeting on Wednesday, September 11, starting at 7.15 pm in the village hall kitchen.
