A final donation to the foodbank has also been made from the now-closed Kilve Stores of the remaining stock valued at about £380, with half of the value covered by a resident.
Foodbank manager Marlene Mason said: “It was marvellous to receive such a gift, yet so sad to know it marked the end of a wonderful resource in every way for the community.
“Kilve Stores was the beating heart of Kilve community and beyond, and will be greatly missed.”
