THE now-closed Royal British Legion Club premises, in Minehead, has been put up for sale with a guide price of £175,000.
A side extension to the Victoria Reading Rooms, in Bancks Street, has already been sold with work underway to make it independent.
The club closed in November, 2022, because of the losses it was making after 68 years of trading from the premises.
It said not enough members used the facilities, meaning it was only bringing in about one-third of the money needed to keep it running.
