A MINEHEAD inn will open its doors to the nation when it features in a popular TV reality programme which airs throughout next week.
The Quay Inn is included in 4 In A Bed on Channel 4, where four pairs of bed and breakfast owners put their reputations on the line by staying at each other’s establishments. One of them will come out on top for offering the best value, after contestants pay what they feel is a fair amount for the experience, and also give feedback.
The long-running show, which will air for five nights from Monday, will feature The Quay Inn on Wednesday, and the final result will be shown on Friday.
Collette Whiteoak, who has run the inn for almost five years, hopes it will raise not just her establishment’s profile, but also show Minehead off as well.
