A TALENTED trio of Dulverton Middle School pupils have won honours in this year's Exmoor Society Literary Awards.

More than 120 young people aged between nine and 14 took part in this year's awards, with Dulverton pupils Yasmina Bache and Erin Jones winning first and second prizes respectively in the junior section.

In the senior category, fellow pupil OIivia Brennan came third.

Dulverton Middle School headteacher Jerry Weedon said: "It is due to the hard work and dedication of our teachers that brings out the natural talents and enthusiasm of our pupils."
