A THREE-DAY food and drink festival gets underway tomorrow (Friday) as part of the 2018 Exmoor Food Fest.
It is taking place at the Beach Hotel in Minehead and starts tonight with a sold-out tasting dinner.
Food and drink traders will then be selling their products tomorrow and Sunday in the hotel’s conference hall.
There will be cooking demonstrations by award winning chefs, amongst them Michelin starred Thomas Carr of the Olive Room in Ilfracombe and Liam Finnegan from the Castle in Taunton, who show off their skills and teach new tricks on Sunday.

Empty Minehead shop premises being converted for Allied Pharmacies branchThe public are also welcome to take along their ‘Best Cake’ for a competition being judged by Liam and Paul Berry from The Swan in Bampton.
And visitors will also be able to pick up some cake from the Minehead Pool Project table to help raise funds towards a new swimming pool in Minehead.
The 2018 Exmoor Food Fest runs throughout February on and around Exmoor. Participating restaurants are offering food fest deals starting at £10 for two courses.
