THE Taunton and District Saturday Football League kicks off on September 9 with a new sponsor, SOMTECH (Somerset Technology Services Ltd).
The networking and IT service company based in Taunton has presented a computer, printer and fax system to help league secretary and treasurer Dave Bridger perform his duties.
The next stage will be to update fixtures, results and league tables each weekend on the league's forthcoming web site.

The 80-year-old league has changed its divisional structure — with 57 teams in membership it has expanded to six divisions by adding a Premier Division.

So far 41 teams have entered the Rowbarton Charity Cup, and entries will be accepted until September 14.
