SIR — The next two weeks present an opportunity for residents to have their say on some important issues.
On Tuesday (December 6) at 7pm, Sue Mountstevens, the Police and Crime Commissioner for Avon and Somerset, will be addressing a meeting at the council chamber in Williton which is open for the public to attend.
This is a rare opportunity to speak directly with someone at the top regarding local police matters such as staffing, crime figures, access, response times etc.
The second opportunity to engage with local politicians will be the Minehead Area Panel meeting on Wednesday December 14 at 6.30pm.
