l Woolston cake decorator and judge Graham Chubb has created a cake for the Queen Mother's 100th birthday.
It is the 16th cake he has made for the royal family, based on a secret family recipe first used by his grandfather in 1900, the year the Queen Mother was born.
The centenary cake has cream icing and features roses, sweet peas and carnations as well as horses' heads modelled in sugar to reflect her love of racing.
Mr Chubb has been decorating cakes for 40 years and is currently a tutor at Foxes Training Hotel and Academy, in Minehead.
