MORE than 120 people were invited to help celebrate the tenth anniversary of Minehead's Seahorse Centre on Tuesday.

A Punch and Judy Show and a pantomime were just some of the entertainments on offer to mark the milestone at the Somerset County Council Resource Centre.

There was also live music, festive refreshments, a raffle and Christmas stalls organised by the Friends of Seahorses.

For the last ten years the centre has offered day services for adults with learning disabilities in West Somerset and is also home to the West Somerset Disability Association, the Saturday Sitting Service as well as West Somerset Work Preparation Services.

Party organisers said the event gave everyone the chance to thank their friends and supporters for making the centre so successful.
