Surely West Somerset Council, Somerset County Council and the Environment Agency cannot just sit back and let the iconic Blue Anchor Hotel pub slip into the sea.

Dulverton features in Sky documentary on debate surrounding 'The Salt Path'The Environment Agency has spent millions of pounds at Steart Marshes and understandably on the Somerset Levels. These repairs at Blue Anchor would be just a drop in the ocean.
There is not another pub on the West Somerset coast that can boast such stunning views and beautiful sunsets - lots of visitors go there in the summer just to see the sun setting, which must surely be good for the tourist business.
There are new cycle/pedestrian paths being built into Blue Anchor but sadly for the visitors, the pub on the hill will be shut unless common sense prevails.
