MEMBERS of West Somerset Royal British Legion branches observed the traditional Remembrance Day and Act of Remembrance ceremonies.
Veterans and the younger generation gathered in churches and at war memorials to honour the dead of recent and distant wars.
Watchet’s Sunday’s Remembrance Parade marched through the town to the Methodist church for a service before re-forming and continuing the service at the recently-built war memorial.
