A TEAM of blacksmiths and metal workers from West Somerset had a right royal time at Kensington Palace when they were invited to a garden party to thank them for their part in a large-scale regeneration project.

The team, which is based in a small forge on the National Trust's Holnicote Estate, received a commemorative plate in recognition of its efforts.
Kyle also received a nomination for a Kensington Palace unsung hero award.
"It was a real honour for our small forge to be involved in such a fantastic project.
"It took a real team effort and I would like to thank everyone involved in Allerford Forge," Kyle said.
