CABLING works by Openreach will cause the closure of Combe Sydenham to Elworthy road, in Elworthy and Stogumber parishes, between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm on May 6.

WESSEX Water new connection works means Lower Meadow Road, Minehead, will be closed from May 5 to 10.

A COLLAPSING carriageway in Beech Tree to Broadwood Road, Dunster, is to be repaired by Walters on behalf of Somerset Council from April 24 to December 31, resulting in the road’s closure for 252 days.

DEANS Lane, in Elworthy and Stogumber parishes, will be closed daily between 7.30 am and 6 pm from May 8 to 20 while Heidelberg carries out resurfacing works on behalf of Somerset Highways.

OPENREACH cabling works will result in the closure of West Luccombe Road, Porlock, between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm daily from April 22 to 30.

THE Luxborough to Roadwater road and Tacker Street, in Withycombe, will be shut between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm on May 7 for Openreach t carry ot pole testing and replacement works.

PRE-surface dressing patching works by Kiely Bros on behalf of Somerset Highways on the A39 Minehead to Williton road in the parishes of Williton and Old Cleeve will see it closed nightly between 7 pm and 5 am from May 6 to 10.

PRIEST Street, Williton, will be closed nightly from 7 pm to 5 am from May 6 to 10 while Kiely Bros carries out pre-surface dressing patching works for Somerset Highways.

NEW connections works by Wessex Water will shut Park Street, Dunster, for five days from April 21 to 25.

A TEMPORARY 40 mph speed limit will be in force on the A39 Minehead Road in the parishes of Luccombe and Selworthy between 9.30 am and 3.30 pm daily from April 22 to 30 for Openreach to carry out cabling works on an underground structure.
