Recently, resurfacing by patching has been carried out in Townsend Road, Blenheim Road and North Road in Minehead.

The work has been poorly carried out, the patched areas sinking below the adjacent area with unlevel height throughout the patch, together with the transition area between old and new developing cracks due to the differing levels.

I trust that the council will ensure that the contractor responsible returns and carries out remedial work before we are left with a surface much worse than before their sub-standard attempts to resurface the pot holes and troughs.
