Yeovil MP David Laws has met with residents of Windermere Close, Yeovil, to discuss their concerns about the re-routing of a bus service.
The number 56 service has had a new route, which means that Windermere Close residents have about a quarter of a mile extra to the nearest stop.
Many of them have mobility problems and rely heavily on the bus. Mr Laws has promised to try and get the operator, First Southern National, to revert to the original route.
