As an artist living and working in Porlock, I thought I’d design my own tourism logo.
Minehead is more than a holiday bay, it lives and breathes.
The moor and the startling sky and neighbouring villages like Porlock are a buzz of creativity and life.
Minehead draws people to Butlin’s, Exmoor and the coast, it is a holiday home . . .
Personally, it has been the home of my family all my life. My grandparents homed refugees at Dunster Lodge during the Spanish Civil War.
We have a history and dignity within our emergency services and kind carers who make Minehead special.
Yes, it’s loving Minehead that makes us love more . . . in a materialistic world, the best things in life are still free.
