BUDDING models took to the catwalk for a fashion show aimed at boosting their school funds.
Minehead First School pupils were among the stars of the event that raised more than £300 to help fund a few extras.
Rhiannon Watts and Emma Meredith, both members of the Friends of Minehead First School, came up with the idea of the money spinning spectacle.
"We had both been to fashion shows in the past where companies come and run the event for you," said Rhiannon.

So the outfits on parade included clothing from Minehead women's wear shop Lovely, children's wear from Lynmouth-based Caravel and accessories from Blueberry in Minehead.
And to ensure a toe-tapping response from the audience, the show opened with a performance by local dance group LA Dancers.
"The event had a lovely atmosphere and we've received lots of positive feedback from the people who attended," said Rhiannon.
"We would certainly think about holding another one in the future.
