SIR — Having recently been approached by a neighbour asking if I was interested in purchasing some of his spare vegetables, it has occurred to me that there may well be others in a similar position of having more fruit or vegetables from their garden or allotment which they would like to sell to earn a little money.  

If this is so, may I recommend they approach the Minehead Country Market where I am a producer and helper.

The market is always keen to recruit more producers as at every Friday's market our customers are looking for more home-grown produce than we have available. 

All producers can put their own price on their goods and a monthly cheque is paid out for 90 per cent of the total goods sold at Market.
