SELWORTHY teenager Josh Cooksley will be saddling up on the other side of the Atlantic to represent Great Britain in a prestigious Pony Club championship. Josh, aged 16, will be competing against teams from America, Australia and Canada when he flies to the USA in July to take part in the American Pony Club Games Championship. He will be staying with an American family and will have to adapt to riding ponies supplied by the host nation during the tournament. His mum Tracey said: "All the team members will be expected to act as ambassadors for Great Britain. It will be a great opportunity for Josh." Josh, who is a member of the Devon and Somerset Pony Club, is no stranger to international competitions having previously been part of the English team which stormed to glory in the international pony club mounted games at the Royal Windsor Horse Show in 2005.
