SIR — In reply to the letter 'It's hedging responsibility' from George Ody of Minehead in last week's Free Press, I tried to report the hedge blockage but was unable to succeed due to the fact that everywhere was closed due to the holiday weekend.

It then took the local council four days to contact West Bay Park Homes to tell them that it was their responsibility to attend to this matter.

Within 24 hours, the hedge was cut back and made safe by the park's maintenance team.

I would also like to point out this is not a mobile home park but a residential park.
