New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Somerset’s pubs, bars or nightclubs, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

And The Strode Arms, at Strode Arms Inn, Cranmore, Shepton Mallet was also given a score of five on May 11.
It means that of Somerset's 625 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 485 (78%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
