I was watching a news report recently about heavy traffic in Glastonbury.

It seems to me that if somebody could get hold of a cross channel ferry large enough to take juggernaut lorries and sail it from Bristol down the Bristol Channel, around to Penzance and then along to Plymouth, calling at all places that are large enough to take large lorries, then those lorries would not have to use the roads that are too small for them.
