The event will be led by local farmer Graham Harvey, agricultural adviser to The Archers and author of a number of books on the benefits of grassland and grazing.
Other speakers are from the National Trust, Exmoor National Park, the Soil Association and the Farming and Wildlife Advisory Group.
And two Somerset farmers will describe their experiences and explain how rich grassland can improve the quality of the food, increase biodiversity, prevent flooding, enrich the soil and increase productivity.
